Donald E. Leone, Jr. is a trial attorney with nearly 40 years’ experience in representing persons injured in motor vehicle collisions and by the negligence of others. Don is also widely regarded for his extensive knowledge and experience in the defense of medical negligence cases. He has skillfully tried dozens of jury and court cases to winning verdicts during his career and has been selected by fellow attorneys to serve as a private arbitrator or mediator to resolve pending litigation. Don served as a court appointed arbitrator for many years as well. He has also successfully argued appeals before the Connecticut Supreme and Appellate Courts. His practice also includes real estate, probate, and commercial litigation. Don was born and raised in Norwich and graduated from Norwich Free Academy.
